He backpacked in Europe for two months, and always enjoyed taking Caribbean cruises with his wife and family. He also loved to play Starcraft "get up in it" with his cousins. Jeff loved playing cards with his wife and extended family. He was a great recreational softball player, having the physical strength and coordination to hit consistent homerun "dongs." Determination, honesty and loyalty were some of his strongest attributes. He loved history, especially American, and reveled in the Civil War and World War II periods. He was so excited to apply these qualities to his legal profession in order to help his community. Jeff had a huge heart of gold and was a person of passionate convictions, principles and morals. He volunteered with his attorney wife, Curran, in the annual Tarrant County National Adoption Day. He served on the board of directors for Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, and was nominated and accepted into the Eldon B. He earned his doctorate of jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan Law School.Īfter graduation, Jeff worked for JP Morgan Chase Trust Department in Dallas before joining the Perry Law Firm in Fort Worth, specializing in probate and estate planning. He earned a bachelor of science in political science magna cum laude from Texas Tech University, where he was active in Campus Crusade for Christ. A 1995 graduate of Southwest High School, he played baseball and was named all-district first baseman. Jeff was born July 21, 1977, in Baytown, but spent the past 30 years in Fort Worth.
